You are welcome to collect your order from our studio in Ormeau. Once your order is complete, we will contact you to arrange a time and pick up location.

As all of our items are custom designed, we unfortunately do not offer refunds for a change of mind. If, however you have received your order damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at info@etchedenvy.com.au to discuss a resolution.
