1. Introduction
1.1 We may revise these terms and conditions at any time. It is recommended to check this Website from time to time to review the current terms and conditions, as they are binding on you (the customer). Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.
2. Pricing
2.1 All prices include GST (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of GST, but we shall show GST separately and include it in the total price.
3. Delivery
3.1 We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address provided for delivery, when you place an order. If any of the details you have provided in your delivery address are incorrect, Etched Envy is not liable for any items which have not been received. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the products directly to a friend, a relative, or to a place of work.
3.2 Delivery will be made as soon as possible. Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday. We only process and dispatch orders during these timescales. All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends or public holidays.
3.3 Whilst we make every effort to deliver products within the specified timescale, on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot always guarantee delivery in said time, or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale. We cannot accept liability for any out-of-pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
Some postal addresses in remote areas may not be covered by our normal delivery services. In this case, Etched Envy will contact you to advise of additional postal fees incurred.
3.4 The majority of our products are shipped by an external courier service. If standard shipping is selected, the estimated shipping time is between 9 - 11 business days. If express shipping is selected, the estimated shipping time is up to 3 business days. If you have not received your item/s, you must check with your local sorting office, even if you have not received notification from your postman that they are holding items for you.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.
4. Returns
4.1 Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
- Any products that have been made, personalised or customised specifically for you.
- Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.
- If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.
- You have disposed of the item you have an issue with.
5. Faulty/Defective Goods
5.1 If the item you received is faulty/incorrect, please contact Etched Envy at info@etchedenvy.com.au with your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If the item is faulty, please send us photos or return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse or neglect.
6. Colour
6.1 The shade of colour of the product you receive may not exactly match the colour as displayed by our website on your device due to colour gamut variations and calibrations on screen. Please be aware that if an exact shade colour match is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
We ask that you please select your products carefully, as Etched Envy unfortunately does not accept returns or refunds on our products as they are all custom made to order.
If you have received a damaged/incorrect product, please contact us at info@etchedenvy.com.au within 3 days of receiving it. Please advise us of the order number and any information about the item including a photo if possible. Once your email has been reviewed, we will contact you to discuss a resolution.
Please note that entering the correct Shipping Address is the customer's responsibility. Please ensure to double-check the shipping address in your confirmation order email received shortly after ordering. If there is an error, please contact us at info@etchedenvy.com.au immediately to have the address changed. Once your order has been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. If your order is sent back to us, you will be required to pay to have it re-posted.
